Its only a simple STRIPE but is does so much. The owner really knows what he is doing. Stunning car. Lots of little changes that you dont at first notice like the wheel lips , nickel over chrome , the blue etc etc etc. Class act this one.

As Jay said about this car "very nicely done". I have told many people that a factory stock car or truck is just a good place to start. A well thought out modification is truly a work of art and does not lose the identity of the original. I really liked the owners outlook on what he wanted from the car. I would have loved to see a couple of the before pictures in this video. Jay, sorry to hear of your accident. Godspeed in your recovery. You are one of the best of us.

I'm kind of obsessed with Lancia, particularly the rally racers of the 70's/80's:The Fulvia, Stratos, 037, Delta are some of the coolest cars ever made. But I came across this car and it really caught my attention. I'm not a fan of the real Aurelias, but this outlaw is amazing. I'm usually not that big on outlaws either, but those classic Porsche outlaws were also exceptions. Amazing car. Better than the original IMO.

I absolutely despise chopped tops. This build however, is quite beautiful. It has ever so slight hints of modern day Bently, or Bond era Aston Martin. The stripe in itself is unusual as it is transverse on the hood of the car. At first I thought it was a belt harness, but as I watched the video, I noticed it was a painted stripe. I do like it. It lets you know from the start, that what's to be expected is something unique and one of a kind. No question that it's a race car, and that is its intention regardless of the creature comforts. Happy to see this video. Eager to hear more news on your recovery Jay. Be well.
