That sounds fantastic. What a treasure of an amp. ☮️

I have to agree with you re: the 1341. Picked one up a year ago in almost mint condition. Like you said, another 1950s Danelectro with great tone.

+Tom's Amps LLC Hard to argue with a hand-wired 1950s Dano. Fender tweed killers in cardboard cabs. With an amp this small, I'd argue the cab material isn't much of a factor anyway.

I love my Silvertone Brad and this amp is killer as well!

Local CL has a little red 50's silvertone 1430 for under $200. Looks well taken care of. Tempted.

I'd have already bought it.

Lol! I bet, and that one's actually small enough to ship to the show, unlike the Ampeg VT-22 I had lol! Had to let that one go. Now I've got a 71 Sunn solarus that's had some caps replaced, but not all of them. Tremolo's no bueno and the mid shift filtering sounds off. Orininal GE power tubes that most definitely need replacing, and by the looks of the chassis and the pots after I opened it up, I'd say it has seen some moisture at some point. I seem to always take on an old amp that need's more TLC that I can afford at any given time. Lol! It's my curse. That Ampeg was going to be a small fortune, and that's not including new speakers or chiropractor bill after lifting it. Lol! Thanks for the reply. Love the channel man.

+BuzzCrumhunger Rare amp. Only made about 6 months. Can't be that many out there.

Whatever you did to it it sounds like it's now from the 1970s
