1955 Minneapolis Moline UB Assessment and Start Attempt

New to me 1955 Minneapolis Moline UB. I bought it from the 2nd owner who parked it 20 years ago after he bought it. He has quite a few other tractors and just did not use it. I go over the condition of the tractor, and we attempt to start it. Oliver Phil hooked me up with this tractor, and helped get a tube in the rear tire.
