The first model Volvo exported to the U.S.A. A tough little car which featured coil spring rear suspension when most of its contemporaries still employed leaf springs. The Volvo museum in Gothenburg is one of the best car museums I've visited.

Bellieve it or not this cars were very good racing/Rally cars in my country (Portugal) in the late fifties. Very good this one!

Popular with university professors back in the day. Mostly they had no radios. Basically a tractor motor.Well restored if you like that brand! Maybe the guy shops at IKEA Lou!

The high mounted taillights were only found on cars manufactured from December 1954 until the end of 1955 (the 444H series).
