Was walkin down the road early yesterday morning and picked up a penny seen it was a wheat penny And did not realize until a couple hours ago that it was a Lincoln wheat penny with a Denver Mark stamp on it but can’t tell if it’s double stamped or what not it’s in fairly rough condition

Found the newest looking wheat penny i have ever found it is a 1956 d and as shiny as a new 2019 penny. I almost passed it as a new one and seen the back of it! Condition and color is great...someone took good care of it. Ill hold on to it for awhile. Amazing shine on it!

Really appreciate all the info you put out.... By far the most informative & entertainng of all the sites/channels I've come across... I'm relatively new over the past 5 months. But, been collecting for a long time, just wasn't serious until lately... I have one of those 1970 S Quarters ( over the 1941 Canadian coin ) ... like the one I've seen for sale on eBay... I just haven't sent it off to be graded.... It is kinda what got me serious a few months back.... While packing to move , I went threw my old coins that have been just laying around for years... I always just thought the quarter was scratched up & never really paid attention too it... but, upon pulling it out & looking closer I noticed it wasn't scratches but words & when I Googled it ... Wow was I surprised, (4 1/2 months ago ) since I've been going threw my others coins ... Not a gigantic amount of coins, but mostly error coins .... I want to send like my most valued too be graded... That's what I'm still trying to figure out , what coins I should have graded...

Great video...and is in perfect timing for me. The local convenience store has started selling me rolls of pennies. Yesterday when I stopped the clerk pulled out a plastic container of pennies I went ahead and bought them. To my surprise they were all 1954...they look as though they're Proof minted. I immediately called back and asked if she had anything else, she dug deeper and came up with an old bank roll. I bought it, all 1956D, PRISTINE!!!! As if the roll never made it to circulation. I sure would love to know where or to whom to contact concerning these beauties. Thanks again...another great, informative video.

Just came across a 1956 D with an error. The wheat shaft on the left has two defects. The point of the shaft extends to the left. Same shaft has a small lump of copper from when it was struck. Update: Looked closer at the defect. Looks like there was residual copper on the die when it it was struck.

I found a 1940 s wheat penny that is missing the "D" in God, the "W" in We, and "ST" in Trust. A 1920 no mint mark wheat penny that is missing the"IN", and the "LIBE" in Liberty. A 1916 D mint mark with a round dent just behind where Lincoln's ear should be. Also, a 2011 no mint mark, that is missing the top portion of "E" in We, and "T" in Trust. Are these considered as cud or error pennies? Are they worth anything besides their face value?
