Awesome video I grew up on a big 1948 Oliver super 77 super row crop. Started out plowing snow for Bethlehem steel then came to our farm, last year I restored it and still use it on my farm

I used to go out and visit my mom and dad in Gridley Kansas every year and work with my dad on his five acres enjoy every minute that you have with your dad best times of your life and I used to fly into Wichita from California

Oh really, I know where Gridley is , what a small world it is my friend. I understand what you mean by spending time with Dad, someday he won't be around to hang out with in the garage, and when that day comes, I honestly won't know what to do

Nice. We had an old Allis Chalmers growing up. It had a hole in the front grille for a hand crank. You needed to hold the crank properly because if you didn't and it back fired it would break your wrist. Brings back memories. thanks.

Hey my tractor's running kinda funky can ya fix it? Sure, bang, bang, bang. How's it running now? Good. How much do I owe ya? Thirty five bucks. Thirty five bucks? All ya did was hit it with a hammer. Okay, five bucks to fix it and thirty bucks to know where to hit it.

No no no don't paint it. Unless ya want to clear it to keep it from rusting. Yeah fix it up. That would bee fun. Good vid.

You Scared Me, when you said start and drive. Heard, someone say they stole my TRACTOR, I was like oh ya, the one I paid 4. H ehehehe, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍.
@JamesJohnson-ny3xz5 жыл бұрын
Buddy, you don't even know how funny you both were to me. I use to drive a TRACTOR like that 10 hour's a day. Worked 14, once in awhile. The guy I worked with married this UNBELIEVABLE, BEAUTIFUL, WOMAN. I still remember, the first time I saw get out of her car, opening the driver side door and standing there. I was like, I think I hate you, hehehehe 👍. Year's later, her kid's are grown. She post's on Facebook, they stole our TRACTOR. I wanted so bad, to send a message saying THE ONE MY LABOR PAID 4. But I just thought of the time, me and her husband stole one of the two first mower's from his Father. Was the I talked his Father, in the barn with the Tractor. He was using it that day, and reminded me of the time we stole the mower. Miss you Jimmyboy. But you GUY'S cracked me up, THANKYOU for sharing this video with us. Thankyou

Did the starter make a grinding noise when you started it and is your gear shifter really loose? My dad and I are looking at getting one just like it. Thanks!
@ScottsSpeedShop5 жыл бұрын
Yeah the starter used to make grinding noises, that is from a worn out starter ring on the flywheel, we changed it out on Dad's D14, it kind of sucked since you have to split the tractor, but definitely a good thing to do
@BryanTurner215 жыл бұрын
Scotts Speed Shop Thanks for the reply!! We also noticed the gear shifter was really loose on the one he looked at. Was yours like that? And how was your brakes? Sorry for all the questions!
