Ok I got a few pointers and info for you. First when your priming the fuel system hit the decompression leaver takes strain off the starter and battery. Now for your miss fire odds are it's a couple stuck injectors or what I'm thinking is dirty/sticky or worn valves. If you loosened the injector line at the injector on the two weak/dead cylinders and got air bubbles out of them the needle in the injector is stuck open that will cause smoke and not running right. Otherwise I'd bet it's crusty exhaust valves 1 and 3 are probably on exhaust stroke around the same time if both those valves were open during the time it sat they probably got damage from condensation hopefully they aren't too pitted. They might clean up after working it for a few hours getting it good and hot or they might need ground. But I would definitely try to get it outside and put a heavy load on it for atleast an hour you'd be amazed how much that will clear things up

In the video I did use the decompression when turning it over. I'm with you on the injector issue, those are my thoughts as well. Now one thing thats not in the video that I noticed afterwards and you kind of mentioned it... there was a fine black "sand" over the top of the tractor after I was running it. Crusty carbon was my thought, blowing out the exhaust. I do have access to an injector testor so I will pull 1 and 3, test them and also get it to a point where I can get it good and hot. Thanks.

@@DuchesnesCorner great to hear you got a good plan and your moving along. I've got a injector tester and these injectors are very easy to take apart clean up and reset pop pressure. If you don't have a manual and want the pop pressure spec let me know. I would do all 4 if you have access. You could also advance the injection timing by rotating the pump about a dimes width that will help get a better burn advancing helps when stuff is old and worn

@@1997cr80r I managed to print off a case manual on the bosch injection system. I'm reading up on it this week in hops to be prepared for another video this weekend. Because I'm doing 2 injectors I'm thinking I might as well do all 4. Best to elimate all issues as I go. I do want to pull the heads to clean the valves, but I can not located a set of head gaskets.
