Looks to be an FVP model which seagull stopped making by 1955, so it's early 50s. Tiller was mover to the side by seagull, because of the motor's design flaws.

The compression seems low it seems way to easy to pull

@@DrewFixIt no but to me it shouldn't be that easy to pull over a seagull they generally take quite a hard pull and iv seen in other videos where people pull the bin over sometimes where the compression is so tight did u get it going?

@@DrewFixIt it might be perfectly fine I don't know enough about the seagull engine but I was surprised to see how easy it turned over

and ......... 2 years later it's buried in the back of the shed. I promise I will get back to it one day, the problem is I just get side tracked with too many projects and not enough time .... if only I didn't have to work a day job to pay bills ... yes one day!! Cheers Drew
