I had a TR3 in college. A fun car to drive. I froze in the winter. I learned how to repair a TR3 - a lot. Avoid any with wire wheels.

My first car...1961 TR-3...Joe Feegee sold it to me...brand new...If I went for a 30 minute drive, I would collect the loose nuts and bolts from the floor...My sister drove it while I was on a trip with Charli Kallfelts, Chuck Roellig and Frank Short...She crashed it...Had it for 3 years until it was stolen from the GE parking lot at 32nd & Chestnut Sts...often wondered where it wound up..

My first car was a TR3, rebuilt from the ground up, body off of the frame and all. One thing I can say, these things handled like a pig on stilts. But a lot of fun...
