Im surprised an Electra didnt have factory air, I had a '63 Lesabre 4 door hardtop I inherited after my uncle died, only had 61,000 miles - same engine, mine was apparently ordered with factory air incorporated into the dash, killer frigidaire compressor would freeze you out on full blast. Me and a friend drove it from Tennessee to Illinois nonstop and werent even tired after the trip, these old cars were the best highway cars so comfortable and smooth riding, nothing today rides like that everythings rides like a go kart now.

not many 1963 cars were ordered with a/c

Surprisingly even early 60's Cadillacs and 50's Cadillacs didn't come with A/C it was optional back then. I believe A/C wasn't standard until maybe 66- or 67 was standard equipment.

the front bumper has built in turn signals, they should have lens in orange color , my dad owned the same i remember very well

Amber front signals were required starting in 1964.
