so far I have not had to remove the entire drive shaft on my bolens but it's nice to see how it is done, thanks.

We have had to do this a few times recently and starting to get the hang of it. Let me know if you need to do yours and we may be able to offer some shortcuts

Thanks. Certainly lots of oddities on this tractor, not sure I have come across one like this before

Very well explained! We can see the tractor was fixed to work for the very short term. It's in good hands now!
@GardenTractorBoy5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Ideally we would have stripped the tractor down and refurbished everything but we are on a bit of a deadline with this one

Nice job Joseph, you're doing a great job on the tear down. That driveshaft was weighted on one end and was hard to handle. Keep up the great work and enjoy your weekend
@GardenTractorBoy5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. The driveshaft is surprisingly heavy, especially at the end with the pulley on. Hope you have a good weekend too

I’m enjoying this project! Your doing great work! Quite a mis-matched axle bolts mess 😜
@GardenTractorBoy5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Unfortunately the entire tractor has been messed about with by the previous owner, making it a challenging project.

You are doing a great job on the tractor. strip it down and check everything all over now the time keep up the good work
@GardenTractorBoy5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. This is turning into an odd project, trying to work out what a previous owner has done

How's she goin'? Well done Joseph!!! You getting into the guts of the tractor now!!! Some nice that you had the spare axle to get those wheel bolts. They will work fine and then no fear of them breaking. Isn't it great to have a Dad around for the heavy lifting? LOL Take care buddy!!!
@GardenTractorBoy5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Our spare parts store is taking a bit of a hit with this project. Dad does have some uses in addition to holding the camera lol
