I wish though, that the Independant makes could be brought into the mix as well...Willys, Studebaker, Desoto, Kaiser, Fraser, American Motors, Henry J, Nash, well, I've forgotten the other names it seems.

I really appreciate how you and your dad keeps the language clean and how you both still get out and do stuff together we need more people like you both thank you sir me and my grandson try and watch all we can I been watching for two weeks every night .this old world is crazy now days . So me and my grandson watch your show and western channel he is 6 yr old and he loves hunting fishing and cowboy and Indian shows but he loves watching you work on stuff and getting them running lol he gets so excited when the old motors fire up. We tinker with stuff all the time and he hangs right there with me.

We'll make a GM man out of you yet. Had a '64 impala 327-4. Drove it all over the country in the early '80's. Never a whimper out of that thing. Overheated the brakes coming out of the Rockies. Thank God for pea gravel

I bought a classmates family car that I rode to grade school in the 60's a 1964 Chevy Impala 283 all original I rebuilt the motor at a little over 10000 miles. Drove it a few years and sold it when I transferred to Arizona.. Power Nothing just automatic and no a/c

obviously you like the old fords , little tip from my experience , when you are trying to revive one , vintage fords with conventional ignitions had a bad issue witht the breaker plates on the points , bushings would wear CONSISTENTLY throwing off the Dwell and Timing ...just an FYI let me know if you get this ... LOVE the channel

Got love the Stovebolt 6. My father in law’s 1956 Chevy Apache 1300 (Canadian truck) has a stovebolt 6. It sat 27 years in the bush here in Saskatchewan and we got it run. It went through a full restoration and now belongs to my brother in after my father in law passed.

Yes Chevrolet Impala cars have 3 round light on back last year did that was 2007 year Rev :) that information for you!

I was raised on the Chevy 250 and 292 straight six engines. That one barrel Rochester was the easiest to overhaul carb I ever worked on. If you get spark and fuel she’ll run.

When new, a 1964 Biscayne was popular as a taxi, law enforcement vehicle, fire department vehicle, and government fleet vehicle. Not many were sold to the public as as the Bel Air was more popular. These stripped big Chevrolets lost popularity once the smaller 1964 Chevelle was introduced.

My dad sold me his6 64 Impala when I was in the service. I like the Biscayne and would be interested in buy it. I love the old chevys. I have owned lots of cars over the years, to many to count. I live in Ohio though so It would be something to drive it home.

Ahh so much like the car that grandpa promised to me years ago but got sold out from under me. Those old cars are so much better than any new one. If your dad decides he's ready to sell I will gladly come to georgia. Another great video God Bless

@@RevStoration honestly those old 6 cylinders always seem to run. Park them for years then drive it hundreds of miles those motors will go. I can promise one thing if your dad decides to sell me that car it will be restored and driven to car shows etc.

Had a 64 Impala with that little 230 straight six in it. Went well over 200,000 miles before the timing chain jumped a tooth or two. It was my first car. I got it from my grandad for $200.
