Thanks for the flashback. My mom drove one of these when I was young. Looking at this now can't believe my brother and I rode in the back behind the front seats with my parents in the front. Cheers

No matter from which angle you look at it, it’s, undoubtedly, definitely, a landmark, forever.

My first car in college was a 1960 Morris Minor 1000 with soft top. Then I found a 1964 TR-4. It was rough, used in parking lot gym-kanas. By chance on my way home from school a German used car lot had a 1964-1/2 TR-4. Exactly what I wanted all along. It had IRS but no over drive. Wire wheels and red paint. Sold. Went to order a TR-250 in November 1968. Too bad, out of production, but a TR-6 was the answer. I really miss them.

I had one. I loved it!!!! The only problem was it was so low to the ground, maybe only four inches of clearance for the radiator.

Very nice car, but a wooden dash is wrong for a TR4, should be white painted metal.
@Cascadiaclassic Жыл бұрын
That's actually not correct, only the early cars had the white painted metal dash.
