My first car in 1976. Had it for 4 years. Never drove and in 1982 my house burned down along with my car. It burn only on outside and needed repaint but someone stole it and never recovered. Mileage was 30,000.

My mom owned a 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS that was equipped with a 396 Big Block and auto trans with the shifter mounted in the floor. It was white with black vinyl top and black interior.

Have had my 66'IMPALA SS ZZ502/600HP..5SPD,3:42 MOSER 12BOLT 4 link in Alloy Pearl Gray/Red Gut 10 yrs now,3" mandrel bent PYPYES exhaust,professionally restored,chassis,every square inch Done, Brite work replaced with chrome including front valance,no corner cutting,DRESSED LIKE A 454BB,HOTCHKIS FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION UPGRADES,the most important thing with these cars is tire size,what a difference with 245/50/17 front,275/50/17 rear,,,RIDES LIKE A CADDY,HANDLES GREAT,TOOK A WHILE FINE TUNING SUSPENSION FOR COMFORT AND STEPPING INTO IT,LOTS OF FUN,,,,,,,,NO JOKE RESTORING FRAME OFF,130K OVER 10YRS,,,NOT INCLUDING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE WHICH IS NECESSARY AS WE ALL KNOW,BEING OCD DONT HELP,LOL,,NOTHING IN THIS WORLD MATTERS WHEN IM CRUISING IN IMPALA,CLEARS YOUR MIND OF ALL THE B.S.OF EVERYDAY LIFE HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL YOU GEARHEADS,,,PEACE🏁🏁🏁🏁

Beautiful 65! I had a 66 Impala SS with a 396 and automatic on the floor. It was white with a turquoise blue interior. Wish I still had it!

Back in the 80s, I had a 65 SS Impala, powerglide in the floor, vacuum gauge, no tach.. Sold it a long time ago. Wish I had it still. I do have a 65 2 door Bel Air, straight 6, powerglide. Been in the family since new. My great grandfather bought it new from Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie Tx.. Dealership still there.. Sadly, the Bel Air is in need of total restoration.. Right door body line doesnt match up if u look at pic up close u c paint damage/ touch up dont care 4 rally wheels and even less when they're painted just look cheap to me 🚓🇺🇸
