Good Morning 55lincoln, This beautiful Buick is an absolutely gorgeous car. Love the wheels, this is one car that has been restored to original with modern features. Interior is just like brand new. Thanks for your video

Yes, my eyes popped when I first saw it. Splendid condition inside and out. First time seeing this Skylark and glad I could film it. Thanks so much for liking this as much as I do.

This is a nice-looking Skylark. We had a White 64 Skylark that had the 300 cu in V/8 engine, it had aluminum heads. Thanks for sharing.

This is a really sharp Skylark. I caught my eye right away. I imagine you had great rides in your white 64 with that 300 V8. Glad you like this Chris and thanks.

I would have stopped and taken a good look at this one too, very attractive mid 60s Skylark. The Buick version of the GM intermediate cars were done inside and out to unabashedly continue the tasteful, upscale Buick tradition. Also, I miss green cars which was the color of three of the family cars in my youth.

So do I.

I always liked the sixties Skylarks. To me they were the right styling, right size, right power. The Skylarks are the tasteful upscale Buick tradition. The only Skylark I owned was a 93 but I loved that car for it mimic the big Buick. Thanks ML for enjoying this mighty fine example. And yes, I too miss cars in green.

I totally agree ! I heard the owner's pal saying that out loud as I approached this Skylark and your comment reminded me of what was said. Thanks for enjoying and your comment.

I wonder what happened to the Buick engine?😊
@chrisjeffries23223 ай бұрын
GM discontinued it and replaced it with the Chevy and Olds engines.

GM sold that Buick engine to AMC for the Jeep. Also see Chris's reply. Thanks Gary.

@@55lincoln They sold the V6 to AMC after 67. The 315 was sold to Rover. They still had the 340, 300, 225 and the GS had the Nailhead 401 in 66. This Skylark has a Chevy in it.

@@v6ish You are so right ! Thanks for clarifying the V6 to AMC and the 315 to the British Rover. I'm glad you could tell that this has the Chevy engine in it. Thanks so much for your comments.

@@55lincoln My 67 Buick has the factory 225 V6. I have been with the BCA for over 20 years in CA SoCal. The car was bought new by my great grandparents.
