On “My Car Story” we're in Rosemont IL at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals on 11-17-17.
We’re looking at a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Roadster with a Hard Top in Goodwood Green Paint. The car features a 427 CI / 435 HP engine.
The car's Owner is Doug Fortune. Doug’s had this car since 1998. Doug shares his Father told him if his grades in school are good and he makes the “Dean’s List” he’ll get him a Corvette. Well Doug did make the Dean’s List, however his Father never did buy him the car. However to Doug’s “Good Fortune” he ended up making enough money to buy one for himself, and ended up showing the car to his Father anyway.

I don't think 435 motor has air pumps..l.71.has air pumps.not a l.88...3 carbs..thats and runs rough.
