Glad your sender not leaking fuel now, so good job. I am in the process of changing my fuel system to 6- an fitting and tpfe braided line on my 67 coupe with 302. Looking at your video, you can hook up 6an fitting to your sender unit by cutting off the bulb and using a 6an fitting with a 3/8 compression fitting to tighten on the tube, then the 6an fitting on hose will screw on to that. I think that the wire going to the sender is not powered but ground as the gauge measure resistance to calculate fuel level, you will need a switchable power source for the pump. I am using a 90 degree bulkhead 6an fitting to go through to engine bay instead of the grommet and then 6an to the fuel pump, I am using a mechanical pump. I have a hard line from pump to carb but changing that also to 6an braided to a Edelbrock fuel connect like you said you were going to, I have a Edelbrock filter and pressure gauge before the fuel connect, the carb is a 600cfm edelbrock. I used to run a electric fuel pump but it failed after one trip of install so went back to mechanical, I using tpfe line because it is good for all fuels and will last much longer then rubber, 6an is about 3/8". I like to run the braided hose over the thermostat and under the dizzy to look tidier and keep away from pulley's plus easier to make mounting brackets to keep in place. I subbed so I can keep an eye on your progress and offer some advice if I can. Keep up the good work, it takes time but one step at a time.

Craig thank you for all the great information! I’m sure this will also help others, I still have work to do on the fuel system for sure. I’ll look into the compression fittings as you mentioned, good luck with your build as well!
