1967 Porsche 911S

This 911S was sold new in CA and raced for a number of years. It was restored by Mark Smedley to resemble a Sports Purpose Program that was available from the factory in 1967. All the original components have been saved and the car can be returned to stock in the future. For now, it is just a blast to drive.

Got to drive one of these in the early seventies. It was a revelation then. 140 mph on two liters. There was no power at lower rpm. Handled way better than my lightly modified 356A.

Immediate like as soon as I hear the engine....the color, the interior, steering wheel, stance....and not overdoing things.....everything on the money.
