Awesome for sure. I worked for a volvo dealership when i was a teenager. Helped them build up a 122s. B21 with duel webbers. It was Silver with a nice blue stripe down the trim area. Short through 4 speed w overdrive in every gear. It really scooted. He ended up trading it for a 72 1800es that was pristine and some cash. Miss those day. Congrats on yours. Keep it!

A very understated car, complete with wire wheels and subtlety. This could be at home at a hot rod, import or classic car show or the import & hot rod drags.

Gorgeous paint color, my god. The red taillights clash though. Slightly smoked tails I think would match the color better. Nice car. Really nice car.

Beautiful car. I love the powertrain swap. The only thing I'd change would be to paint the gold on the valve colors to match the exterior paint. Then I could say I customized it myself and drive that thing for the next 30 years! :-)

Great job. I am 70 years old and my first Volvo was a 1961 122S Amazon that had a similar color original interior. I painted it Pontiac Metal Flake Verdo Green a little darker than yours. Nice engine, but I would have liked to see you upgrade the engine to a Turbo 4 or 5 cylinder. Just me....I am a Volvo nut.
