1968 1st Generation Chevy Camaro Inner Fender Replacement. YIKES! Will it Fit?

Nice clean up on the rest as you replaced the inner fender. You got really lucky that the broken lower fender bolt came off when you heated it up. No luck for me. Both the driver and passenger side broke off and would not come out. Had to cut out and re-weld a plate and nut in place. If you plan on taking the other side out, you can access the top of the bolt at the the kick panel and apply penetrating oil. Good to also clear out all the debris that collects there at the bottom with a vacuum. Keep up the good work.

I know you to be an excellent mechanic. So, I thought you would have known that job would have gone much quicker and easier if you would have first removed the rear seat! All kidding aside, wow!!! What a job. You did and excellent job with as you always do. My hat is off to you that you tackled it all by yourself! Bravo sir!

I also do a lot of "while I'm in here" projects. My opinion is that difficult to access areas always need to be cleaned and painted. It's never made sense to me to bolt a beautiful new part to a greasy / dirty area. Good job Terry
