Steve looks like he just got up from his couch to shoot this video. Love the slippers. His gait is looking more natural too. Keep up the good work on camera and off, Steve. You're appreciated more than you know.

Beautiful Car! Love the bright blue! I owned a 67 Super Sport Camaro with a powergluide transmission. 350 cu It was midnight blue with white stripe around nose of car. It came with spinner hub caps. They didn’t last long, somebody stole them. I later saw a Super Sport Impala going down the street with spinners! I think they might had been mine! That’s what happens when you got to park your ride on the street! That was when I was a young man. I sold that car to a kid that had not been driving long and he wrecked it! Wish I still owned that vehicle. 😩. Great video! Thanks

Continue to heal, Steve. You have many followers and supporters that you have taught well through the years. One point of disagreement here. "Mustang never recovered its sales after the introduction of the Camaro." Well, all told over the years Mustang has outsold the Camaro. Today, Mustang is the only Pony car left standing. It was the first and now the last.

Steve--awesome you're back. However, those seats would be akin to putting a Cordoba's "Corinthian leather" seats into a '70 Cuda. Not a fan.

This started life as a V8 car with the VIN for the win (from the HOC website): 1 for Chevrolet, 24 for Camaro V8, 37 for two door coupe, 8 for 1968 model year, N for Norwood, OH assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The Norwood, OH plant closed in August of 1987.

My first car in 78 was a 69 rs/ss 396v8 automatic convertible. My dad found it because he didnt want to pay z28 insurance! We bought it from a very wealthy family that used it only a couple of times per year in parades. lt had 11k original miles and was as new except for holes in the back seats from high heeled shoes while sitting on the top/trunk in parades. lt was stolen at my 1st job just a few months after l got it. l still look for it and it had an expensive guitar in it as well.

Looks like the interior was done in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Replacing it would be fairly straightforward, no cutting, welding or machining. Just enough grime on the engine to tell it’s been driven to some extent. And the stance looks like it has air shocks in the rear. I’d source a new interior from Year One and donate the velour to someone restoring an old conversion van. And drive the thing.
