I’ve never worked on anything mopar but great video anyway. Laughed at the manhandled part. And Home Depot buckets work great as a bank fishing seat also lol.

Wow nice video, That is exactly what I did to my 68 Charger.....went from the 2.76 open to the 3.73 sure grip and even got it from Dr Diff, it was so nice having Cass walk you through it the way he does. I still have the 440 with the 727 torqueflight and I love the way it performs now.

Another good video and a very clean disassembly. The new gear should make a huge difference.

Hi there.. what a grate video! I have a 68CHARGER and have the same rear axle 8 3/4 and want to do the same as you make both wheels spin.. can you share with me the web links of all the set up of what you got? Also I have in my garage the 392 6.4 hemi with the transmission that I'm dropping in my 68CHARGER My question is did you use some type of custom adapter from the transmission to your stock drive shaft?? Thanks for your help and can't wait to see part 2 of your charger!!

What was the number on your centre section? 489 or 472? Just curious. I’m assuming it’s a 489. Last three numbers on part number, left side.

Hey, not to this video. But I’ve got an 03’ explorer xlt 120xxx miles. The engine is clicking now, most likely a timing tensioner belt and could destroy my engine. I’d love to swap a v8 in and do true duel exhaust for it. It has the 4.0 v6, any tips or something to do that? I’m brand new to the car world of fixing and stuff

I have quite a few videos on my channel for the Ford Explorer, you should check them out. As far as doing a complete engine swap to a V8. For the time and money involved, you'd be better off selling your current EX and buying a different EX with the V8 already in it honestly.

@@98saleen current EX has family value and emotional value. I’d much rather prefer to keep it. Want to make it look like the fully blacked out EX you can see online in photos about
