In this day and age, its hard to imagine that you could just walk into a dealer and order a car like this !!

Beautiful car,I have a 67 roller that was sold from Baldwin Motors originally but no documentation. It was a factory 396/375 car when new,with no power steering and no power brakes.

Thank you for the comment. Your car sounds cool. How long have you had it and how do you know it was from Baldwin? L78 (375 hp) cars were really fast.

@@kaseya6711 I have owned the car since 1991.,bought it at a speed shop in Connecticut..and brought it home to western Pa.i have a Notorized letter from General Motors telling me where it was sold at ,and that was Baldwin Motors. And the trim tag on the firewall tells you in it was a factory 396/375 with no A/C no power steering and no power brakes. It does have the special metallic brake lining on it still and a 12 rear . The car was originally Deepwater blue with bright blue interior .and is super solid with no floor or trunk rot. Thank you

@@johnstecz9169 Sounds like you have an NCRS doc on it and assuming this is a Camaro, I'm also assuming you have "4K" on the trim tag. I had one of those years back that was black with red interior. I love 4K cars. Super cool. I have a connection with Joel Rosen so if you shoot me the VIN then I can look into it for you.

@@kaseya6711 I talked to Joel Rosen years ago and he wanted 2500.00 bucks to give me information on it authenticity and to my knowledge records were no kept on the cars that were built for street racing back then. And another Camaro specialist told me he had people who tried that and Joel got the money and never had anything to offer. I do have a legit Pennsylvania tital for this car.tha only reason I never restored it is because I bought an all original 67 Ss/RS 396 /325 car from Texas mostly original. I have brand new GM fenders and Quarter panels and tons of parts to sell .getting old

I absolutely love Baldwin-Motion and Motion prepped cars. More than any other! Joel Rosen was a genius in his time. I only wish I had been born 20years earlier, so I could have bought one of my own in their heyday!

A 10 bolt rear end???
@kaseya67115 ай бұрын
Nope, 12 bolt. You can tell in the video. One bolt at the bottom means 10 bolt. This one has two showing 12 bolt. Good question.

Between the L88 hood and the lakepipes, why not just get a '68 corvette instead of ruining a perfectly good camaro?

Remember this was done when this car was new . Corvettes were expensive and the insurance premiums were horrific , that's why Camaros , Novas and Chevelles were converted to 427 power .
