Continuing to make improvements on the 1969 VW beetle. Shifter bushing and coupler replaced, and new seats installed.

Hey buddy, first time seeing your channel. Keep up the good work and welcome to the Vdub lifestyle. FYI empi just released two new products for the shift rod. But there is a guy who also makes em if you wanna support small creators. It’s supposed to be better than the ones you installed. Also, I’ve never had issues with changing the bushings the original way. Not sure why people love to cut holes in their Vdubs 😂. Your clutch should adjust correctly now that your engine bolt is out of the way. Might as well check the other three to make sure they are tight. Prob easier with wheels off?
