Love those even with the flat hoods! My 67 El has a stock hood with a genuine 69 Z/28 scoop welded on. Looks factory....this was waaay before any aftermerket stuff was around. Still got a polaroid of my 69 SS 350 Camaro from the late 80s. One and only daily. Qjjet points total survivor car. Never let me down only lifted the hood to change oil 120 mi daily commute.

The upper radiator hose is the same brand that used to be on my 69 Camaro. It's a Maypop....if you drive it too long, it may pop.

MOst radiator hoses these days are junk, too thin. Collapse, burst too easy. Last one I got 2014? Had to buy a spring so the lower hose didnt collapse. Got the best one I could from napa. Nothing like factory hoses...even the ones on my then new 02 SIlverado lasted 20 yrs.

You always make it look so easy this is going to be a nice running driving car. Looking forward to see what you do with the back window area
@keepitsimplegarage-xp1kk6 ай бұрын
These cars are very doable. It’s crazy how a car will sit for decades when all they need is a little work to be driven and enjoyed. The back window will be a mystery to both of us but it can’t be that bad. Thank you and have a great day👍🏼AL

My story isn't as exciting as yours.. Senior in high school. 1967 Camaro conv 283 4 speed.. Doing burnout in the high school parking lot. Heard a bang and throttle stayed wide open. Reached for the key and shut it off. Had quick reflexes back then. (Amost 50 years ago..)
