1969 Chevelle Malibu - Story-History/Paint with Stripes/Cost to Build. Throwback (3 videos into 1)

I have combined 3 previous videos I made when I started youtube 9 months ago into 1. In the first I go over the history of how I acquired the car, in the 2nd I paint the car with racing stripes and the last I go over the cost to build it.

Just found your channel your doing a great job with it. On sanding and polishing single stage metallic, I've never had any success (to my satisfaction) doing it. Have had to either repaint for a better finish or apply clearcoat then smooth and polish.

I can't believe you got it done for under $5,000. In Ga, a rusted chevelle shell is $5,000. I am speechless at what you accomplished. You can sell it for 12k easy.

You mounted the SS emblems on the Chevelle's fender too high up and leaving 1960's to 1980's era cars out in the weather doesn't do the vehicles long term viability any good. Hopefully when you eventually sell that car you're not going to try and pass it off as an SS. I'm some what of a perfectionist, but you have this car all /Vigger rigged out

It's "rigged" out to keep it cheap. It's a good looking driver that gets looks everywhere it goes and is dependable. It's built for around $5000. There is NOBODY than can build a car like this, in this condition for that amount of money. Being a perfectionist in the car business will get in you in a lot of trouble financially. You could easily spend double or triple on a car more than it's worth being a perfectionist. I built this car in a few months, a pefectionist would take years, if not a decade perfecting his build while I'm out driving and enjoying mine. You're on the wrong channel, you want perfection, go somewhere else.
