I'd do pewter on the chevelle and silver on the red vette. But either is probably fine. I just finished painting some 2017 chevy sacre blue on some parts for a 76 chevy stepside. Just unwinding at 3 am watching your videos. Really enjoying em.

How do you scuff the small stripes next to the big muscle stripes that were painted black? Seems like a tiny area to wet sand properly for prepping the fresh black paint to receive the pewter.

I use a piece of sandpaper. You can also spary with some bulldog adhesion promoter before painting.

Love the car, with the amount of attention you put into your builds I never understand why it’s always followed up with…it’s not a show car so I’m not gonna cut and buff attitude, I’d watch a video for an hour to see the paint explode with shine

It's been on some of my cars for 10+ years, sitting in the sun and never waxed or buffed and still look great.
