7:35 barely rolling into the throttle and breaks em loose in 2nd! That car needs drag radials period to avoid wrecking it Beautiful build!! One of the few LS conversions Ive heard that has a Gen 1 ring to it. Most times LS have a blatty sound to them.

That's a gem, for sure. But most of what made these old muscle cars great back in the day was their bargain-basement prices for all the style and performance you got. I don't know what the asking price is for this, but I'm sure it's enormous. Getting one with typical 50-year (wow, 50 years now for a '69) deterioration and restoring it yourself would be far more satisfying.

Agree, if you got the time patience and money. Did one frame off, though Im happy with it Id never do it again. Missed out on years of driving while it sat in pieces having to do paint engines trans over etc. Cant get that time back Got a lot of great parts on it but Id be super frustrated after having it a day or two even with drag radials. No way to use that power and hook, spinning tires in 2nd or higher gears is too close to totaling one

Beautiful looking car. Just not a big fan of the LS motors. Where's the lope?? Sounds like a KIA. I'm not a hater, or jealous, I really think the builder hit the mark with the looks, it's just missing what defines a classic muscle car......large cam lope. This car could pull in to a gas station unnoticed. Give me a lopey cam with a Pete Jackson gear drive and heads will turn on sound alone. Great video though and amazing car. Love the way they hid the ac lines.

I agree, but obviously this person went with more stealth like performance. It's definitely not slow with a supercharged LS motor. At the same time, if you have 190 grand to spend, then you could spend a couple grand extra to put a "lopey" cam in it.
