Barnie is lurking in my shed down here in sunny Australia. He was in a barn for 10 years (hence the name) and he's keeping this 72 year old busy. He's in remarkably good condition, rust wise - the advantage of a hot dry country. There is some rot at the front door pillars on both sides but I'm making good progress in refreshing my welding skills. The engine started and ran without too much problem but then popped the freeze plugs. I reckon another couple of months and I'll be driving him around the paddocks.....

My dream car is a Morris Traveller with modern running gear, nothing special or performance wise but something reliable and decent with modern suspension, steering, engine, gearbox, brakes etc. but with the lovely old fashioned body, a sort of a half sleeper. I would also like one completely original but I don't have the wallet to do either. Good luck, looking forward to see its progression.

You're not wrong, I think in one of the pics you can see all the jacks and set squares I had to use to get it all true, absolute ball ache but got there in the end

@@tastyclassics I have changed the frames twice on mine, they are never exactly the same & you have to adjust the wheel arches to fit the new frames..
