Great work. I especially like that you rebuild cars most people would give up on. I think people are too quick to make a car a parts car. I'd like to see more video of the work you're doing, the welding, etc.

Most those car's weren't square and had bad body panel alignment from the factory. That car will be better then new when your done with it. Only thing you could do better would be a actual spot welder at least where they are visible like the door jams. Hard to duplicate the look of a original spot weld with a button weld and a grinder.

Quite a bit of new metal had to go into this build. I also can't count the number of times you said "rotted out" over the course of these videos, this thing was quite the rustbucket! Did you ever consider media blasting the original chassis to make sure there were no more hidden surprises?

Is there a factory body line below the scoops on the quarter panels or is this an artifact of poor repo panels, I see many cars with them and many without them??

I notice you did not re-install the upper fender brackets on the cowl. Do you normally just eliminate them?
