Incredible ❤️ My Dad George… as soon as the engine starts it’s like hearing his voice 🥹 Thank you Mr . Nick … only a select few were ever allowed to sit in the driver’s seat ❤️ Daddy drove me to my wedding , then he drove my sister and finally Peter …Bless you for the beautiful memories and always taking care of the Cuda 💕 Peter is making daddy so proud !

A special car is an understatement, looks like grandpa did a little "tuning" on the street back in the day, I would leave the extra hood pins on it for that reason, that is the history of the car, I hope Pete can enjoy it as much as the family has. The way that car ran after a long storage is a testament to Nick and his previous work on it.

Perfect advice on the paint, Nick. That car is very special simply because it is a survivor basically as at came new. You can never ‘unrepaint’ a car. Beautiful car and a touching story. I hope you help keep it as a survivor in the same family for another generation.

A very touching story and a beautiful car .Our Deepest Sympathy to his Family and Friends....One of the 1st time I can remember seeing a Cuda with the tac on the hood ,reminds me of my 1970 GTO . Just a beautiful time piece with a original in the Family History.....

I had the same Cooter with a four speed pistol grip AAR got married in 1974. It was in my wedding I’m 70 years old. This brings back a lot of memories. I was around 21 years old when I go in this car mine was a rust color paint job had so many great memories and really enjoyed your video so wonderful that it’s only three generations. Wish I could’ve kept mine all these years.

What an absolute gem! 💎 I agree completely. Do not paint it. Sure, it's not perfect, but every little imperfection is part of its history, and it can only be original once.

This 1970 AAR Cuda is ready for Nick to tune It's a 340 with a six barrel and a family heirloom A 340 with six plays a lovely tune Nick always warms em up before progressing They need thorough testing A tune up at Nick's Garage is a blessing and a Nick's Garage video always worth the time investing in Thanks Nick and George

My late uncle had a red AAR that he bought in 1974 . it was auto , black interior with buckets and it had a vinyl roof. I have fond memories of riding in the back when i was a kid with my siblings . My first car was a 72 Cuda 340 that i got in 1982 when i was 17 . After my uncle passed away at 44 my grandfather sold the car for 13k back in 2001.

Thats a touching story with a great background with sentimental value. Thats great to see a beautiful original E body still with the original family. One of the many reasons im a mopar guy is that 340 is special being stronger and having the option to drill for 4 bolt main and pushrod relocated so you have room to port the intake runner all from the factory.

Dana "60" Glass. Great video as usual George and Nick. Wish I still had the first new car I went with my Dad to get. 1968 Impala 4 door sport coupe from Lang's Chevrolet in Xenia Ohio September 10, 1968. I was 3 and still remember the day. Grecien green, 307 with powerglide. This video brought it all back to me.

The paint looks good enough where the only thing I'd consider at most is touch ups, mostly to protect any exposed metal. That's it. Edit: So I noticed that yellow staining on the tach glass. I wonder if hydrogen peroxide and UV lighting could even be used to remove it.
