The BMR drop springs look amazing, the stance is on point. that sway bar is sweeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!!! As usual mistakes where made because for entertainment purposes only. Not professional advice.

I do like the look of the Tubular suspension. I have stock A Arms and had them powder coated red, if I ever go to Tubular I would do them also. Little tip, if your castle nut is on a joint that needs to move, tighten it up then back it off to where the cotter pin goes in. I always say we are our own worst enemies..I was bleeding my brakes today and when I go to the last brake the bleeder snapped off, so now I have to drill and EZ Out the bleeder. I should have sprayed the bleeder with penetrating oil first and let it sit for a bit... Ask your brother why he wants to LS swap it? I could see that if the motor didnt run or it was a daily driver but from what I see that motor will give you years of cruising fun.

ouch and the worst part of that situation is messing with brake fluid. hopefully you get it out and don't have to replace the caliper

@@gsfootage5959 I totally forgot about this post..I ended up replacing both calipers with WilWoods. I upgraded my rims and since i could now see the brakes I needed something more visual.

Keep her a big block for as long as you can! If cooling is an issue, consider getting a 185 thermostat, that’s what I’m thinking about doing, especially since I usually daily mine lol. But seeing you enjoying the new suspension took me back to earlier this year when I upgraded mine haha, it’s amazing 🤌🏼

thermostat stays closed until the labled temp, once it opens its not really a factor in keeping the engine cool. If the car is overheating then its not the thermostats unless its not opening. Putting in one that opens at a cooler temp just puts off the problem for awhile until it starts to heat beyond that temp.

im currently running a 160 and fans programed to come on early but still the temps creep up on me. what else could I check.
@bryantvitela5232 жыл бұрын
I’ve read in many forums that the actual activated temp is 10° over the label, hence why I mentioned it.
@cuzz632 жыл бұрын
@@bryantvitela523 good point, they start to open and allow flow at the branded temp and are fully open at a higher temp .

Cool headers look cool, but I gave up using them because of speed bumps everywhere

Hey mate, looking good. How’s the ride thinking of going tubular A arms also, hows the ride much harsher??
@bryantvitela5232 жыл бұрын
I’ve installed tubulars earlier this year as well and personally, it’s more of a mental thing because it’s reassuring that new tech is far superior to OEM. In regards to how it rides, it all depends on the shock/coil combo or coil overs.
@gsfootage59592 жыл бұрын
I agree with Bryant, because I paired mine with a set of kyb gas a shock and the ride is so smooth.

Hey buddy hope the Chevelle build is going great, everything looks great on the videos. I have a question I am doing the same installation on my 68 chevelle and I installed bmr lowering springs and installed tubular control arms like you did. My question is does the springs upper part of it use an insulator the factory ones did not have, and just wanted to make sure. Thank you

mine didn't have it either, maybe not
