1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS - Build & Tutorial (1-25 Scale Model) AMT

I picked up this sweet model at my local hobby store and couldn’t resist buying it. It was a fun build and nice kit. Hope this video hopes you complete your own.

Am I seeing a mismatch of tires? Looks like one tire is not the same as the other 3. Rather than white for headlights, I suggest you use Mod Podge. It dries clear and smooth. Craft stores carry it, if you don't find it at HL. You will also want to learn about black-washing grilles. Hobby stores carry black paint diluted to the right level for darkening grille backgrounds, and you wipe away excess with Q-tips. It can also be used to enhance chrome wheel realism.

1:27 That's the distributor assembly. The bottom piece was supposed to be chrome or gold and the top was supposed to be black
