Code correct Mulsanne Blue exterior, code correct Blue vinyl interior. Numbers matching 350hp 350ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission, posi rear-end. This absolutely gorgeous, heavily optioned, and documented 1970 Corvette is a real eye catcher, and will certainly please the C3 enthusiast looking for a great balance of comfort, convenience, rarity, and performance options. Assembled on January 9, 1970, this Corvette wears very nice paint, which looks to be a few years old, showing a very nice shine. Original chrome bumpers are in good condition with no dings or rust, and the original taillights are in fair condition. Weatherstripping looks to be newer, and is in very good condition. All glass with the exception of the windshield shows a correct date code. Original exterior door handles show strong return springs and a good condition finish. One of the most unusual things about this car is its original set of wheel covers. Although not an uncommon option when these cars were new, very few of these wheel covers have survived today. These particular wheel covers are in fair condition, showing some corrosion on the fins, and faded centers. Nonetheless, if the buyer of this car prefers the standard trim rings and center caps on rally wheels, we will provide the reproduction parts and installation at no extra cost. Tires are Goodyear Wingfoot HP raised white letter, and show 7/32nds tread remaining. The interior of this 1970 Corvette shows recent carpet and seat covers in very good condition, as well as very good door panels, gauges, and dash pad. Center console is in good condition; aftermarket steering wheel is in good condition as well. Fiber optics system works, as well as the clock at the time of this writeup. A Custom Auto Sound cassette stereo has replaced the original AM/FM radio with no cuts made to the dash. An auxiliary input has been installed as well, allowing direct connection of an iPod or anything else that has a headphone jack. A 4-in-1 universal speaker box has been added as well, and t-top bags are also present. The engine compartment in this 1970 Corvette shows a correct intake, and ignition shielding is in place as well. The engine itself shows casting date December 17, 1969, and assembly date January 6, 1970. This 1970 Corvette comes with an original owner's manual in the original plastic sleeve, original protect-o-plate, brochure, title from 1977, and most importantly, the ORIGINAL bill of sale listing the car's options as air conditioning, power steering, wheel covers, 4 speed, power windows, 350hp, F70 whitewall tires, and AM/FM radio. As many of these are rare options, this bill of sale is nearly as good as a tank sticker when it comes to documentation. 350hp, 4 speed, power windows, and air conditioning are rarely found on a 1970 Corvette, much less when they're all on the same car -- this one surely won't be in our showroom for long so call us now! Factory features include air conditioning, 350hp engine, 4 speed manual transmission, power windows, power steering, wheel covers, AM/FM radio. FREE 2 YEAR/50K ADDITIONAL MILE WARRANTY, GOOD AT ANY REPAIR FACILITY NATIONWIDE!!
