Back in the 80's I had a 1970 f250 camper special. I loved it. It was only 2 wheel drive and an automatic C6 transmission. It had a 2 tone paint job, white and the same green you have. And croam trim down the bump and door gutters. It also had the rubber push bars on the front bumper. I wished it had 4 wheel drive.

currently in a 96 4x4 250 w 266k, nice AZ rustfree but I HATE the 460EFI, wishing for a big block carburated, never again electronic. too many sensors,senders, etc and the mass airflow has been a nightmare, not to mention ford stopped making everything. running ok but $$$$ off the hook. love the 67-79s . your color combo is sweet, truck is as good as it gets, take care of er'

I was offered $115,000 yesterday by a person who is currently having A very similar truck built by a reputable shop. I think the person will have around $150,000 invested in the truck he’s having built when it is complete. There are plenty of highboys available for sale for way less than $100,000, very nice ones. I can point you towards a couple of trucks in a lower price category if you want.

That was the asking price, a little negotiating was done but not too much. To your point about $125,000 being insanity, that is easy for a person to say who has no plan to actually buy a truck of this caliber. Anyone that is seriously in the market for a truck like this, would learn quickly that the price is not too high.

@@DashRiprock576 I strongly disagree, I have bought and sold classic Mustangs most of my life, I still own the 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 my father purchased brand new when I was 7 years old. I can careless what it is worth, it will be passed down to my son when I die. I am straying off topic, a car and truck are built to be driven, I drive this car weekly, so should this truck. It is a 4x4, it should be used for off road travel every now and then, most likely it will not even get dust on the tires. It sickens my heart on the price of these American classic vehicles. I no longer buy, trade, sell classic vehicles. What makes you think I am not serious about paying this much coin for a pickup truck? I am just not that foolish.
