This video really hit me where I live! I have a 62 rust free Ghia coupe under restoration, and I met my girlfriend because she drives a 70 Ghia vert and decided to gas up at where I was getting food for my lunch-break! AND, I just happen to live in Oak Harbor, so Seattle is kinda my back yard. I'd love to know what caused the breakdown on the 5..

@@kennethjacobsen3292 What a cool story! You'll have to drive up to Seattle, check out our shop and show her off when you get the resto completed. The breakdown was from the distributor failing... Bobby called a local VW specialty shop and the dude met him on the side of the freeway and fixed it on the spot!

Working on my 69 ghia that I saved from the crusher. Pans are solid but not running. All fixable! See ya on the road 👍
