Fuel volume form the accelerator pump is CRITICAL and even though a stream of fuel is coming out each and every time, it doesn't mean that it's enough. That's the current struggle I'm having with the original leather diaphragms and I'm contemplating replacing them with the rubber ones from the kit. All else has been well cleaned and rebuild, ignition sorted, carbs tuned, etc. This is the sole issue. I wish I had that handy little crescent-shaped measuring cup you can stick down in the barrel and measure pump output volume.
