Anyone remeber when at Busch Gardens, used to serve free beer at the park. In college we used to buy a Florida resident pass ($1 more than a regualr 1 day pass) allowed you to go to park everyday (very few black out dates). Obviously we abused the hell out of the free beer deal. But it was glorious when it was around.

You shouldn't be putting water on your chain, because that causes rusting.

Serving suggestion, just dump it in a glass till its half head, then serve customer a bunch of foam. Literally tells u not to properly pour the beer. "Dont pour it down the side of glass like a decent beverage, just dump it as fast as possible into the glass!"

That is how beer is traditionally served. About 1/4 to 1/3 head, sitting above the fill line. I personally don't like it that way, however some beers are specifically brewed to produce a head and the flavour and enjoyment is enhanced by it.

can you imagine a time Budweiser cared about things like color and aroma? A time without rice adjuncts?

They were using rice in the late '70s. I was working for a newspaper in Arkansas then and visited a rice farming operation, where I was told specifically that a good portion of the rice grown there went to Anheuser-Busch for use in beer.
@sailormouth8356
@sailormouth8356 2 жыл бұрын
@@MrHmg55 There has always been rice adjuncts. In fact, that was the whole story of how Budweiser came to be. When German brewers went into the United States in the 1800s they realized the quality of the barley was awful, however if they adjunct it with corn or rice, it would make the flavor more palatable .

Interesting film. Some good common-sense tips here, but like others have commented, the way they pour that beer is totally wrong. I wonder if it was done so the white foam shows up the logo on the side of the glass better.

Budweiser, Michelob & Busch Beer is the best beer ever sold . Michelob ultra....why bother drinking, just have a glass of water. Busch light & Bud light are so water downed and flavorless. I can't believe just how many people worry about beer making them fat . I'm not fat at all , I drink only full flavor beers & at 45 I'm providing that it's all the bad food that makes people fat not the few beers they had before pigging out . If I had control of things , all light beers would be outlawed.

I mean truly, why is Bud Lite such a thing in the USA? To the other 96% of the world's population who live outside the USA, all mainstream American beer tastes either partially or fully watered down. The full strength Bud, etc is about what most other countries would call "Lite". I realize there is a growing culture of boutique breweries who are starting to introduce Americans to the flavor of real beer, as opposed to the watery flavorless low-alcohol swill they seem to love so much.

@@johncoops6897 There are some excellent beers to be had here in the States, trouble is it is about twice as expensive as stuff like Bud Light. I spend about $11 or $12 on a six=pack of quality craft beer, while you can pay slightly less for 18 cans of the mainstream stuff, so you can see why it is so popular. I try not to be a beer snob, but I just can't drink Budweiser, etc - it has a metallic tang to it and has no mouthfeel. If I'm offered one I'll take it to be polite, but for myself, I'll spend the extra for the quality stuff.
