Awesome Bike! I had one exactly like it when I was 10 years old exactly like it and It was stolen from me after about 2 months. It was one of the most awesome stingray bikes ever made!

I have a suspension that when my father would say his favorite color was green it was only because he owned this bike. He only talked about it maybe twice but when he did he really talked about it with knowledge and enthusiasm. His father bought it for him as a knock not because he liked green,it was an insult...which is kind of perfect if you understand the motorhead culture they where referencing. My grandfather was ultimately a good man but also was honestly a real fucking asshole if you knew him. It was one of the only three "toys" my dad ever got along with a lionel train and a catchers mit which he still had when I was a kid and they were not anywhere near broke like our family, heh. There's more to that story but the point being, everytime my dad said anything about "his favorite color" being green it seemed like a kind of prideful slight at his dad for that pea picker joke. But he really definitely loved that bike, being his first "ride" and he was a motorcycle and car/truck kind of guy. I like how all this meant so goddamn much to them but it seems like nonsense today. People will always find a way to express themselves I guess.
