Cool. I have an original. I got it new when I was a kid. When I got a little older I got a Scwhinn Continental. I still have it also. I'm glad I kept them all these years.

I always try to save original Schwinn paint.. They had the coolest colors.. Even the ones you think aren't great at first, the more you look at it, the more it glistens and wants to be saved... I got most the mess of paint of a Twinn to reveal the less than perfect campus green.. But I love that color.. And I will clear it real good... I tried many methods but paint stripper and working quickly worked the best.. Big bucket of soapy water and scrubber spounge .. Apply with a brush then almost immediately use the brush to break up the paint and wipe it off quick.. Extra soapy water to get off the excess.. Don't mess with the same area to long.. Go back another time if you have to.. The logos will wipe off easy so do do more than you have to.. You can't put back original.. Keep a hose handy and spray off the frame after a few and at the end real good.... Alchol might work good for the last pass the get the stripper residue off...

I have a Grey ghost model. Still in the box. I had one of the first orange krate's when they came out I wish I still had it.

I had one but mine was brown I don't remember what the name was but I had the coolest bike on the street until the back brake mount broke the weld.
