Although my steering wheel is the original on my dad's 72 C10 it is now September 22nd 2021), and not your aftermarket steering wheel, you share a good amount of information. And when I have all the parts and time, I will be able to rework the column. Thank you

My steering wheel moves up and down a bit makes noise. Would that be the bearing to replace?

My c10 has like a big nut in the middle and when I try to remove it the whole steering and tires move

Yep. That's normal. Easiest way to get it off. Is to use an impact. Otherwise you'll need to pin the steering wheel or have someone hold it, while to remove it manually.

I have a 71gmc. My problem is when I move it out of park nothing happens like it's not engaging. It used to work a month ago when I moved it last but now it's not? It does go into park though but park is way past park on the gage. It's an automatic. I've never had a problem like this and don't know where to start.

When you shift out of park, can you feel the clicks of the transmission selector. If not sounds like it might be a broken shift cable. Let me know.

I need more info to help you out. Like how is shifter moving. Can you put it it 1st and reverse but theres no gear? Stuff like that.

Its broken off in the colum. I figured drive the pin out off shiter. And get some idea whats going on mayb. The shifters job appears to b spring loaded some where. And push down on a sleeve mayb when. U pull up to engage first or reverse. Now is contacting nothing inside colum. Shifter limply moves up and down. The outside colum is responsible only for 2nd and 3rd only. Push pin out see if shifter will come out to b examined

@@brycesoutdooradv my Hazard button was broken i replace the turn signal switch and has a new Red Hazard but i did install it but when i turn on the Red Hazard and try to turn it off dont work. what do you think is this happening? I still dont have the wheel steering on it. do you think thats the reason why doesnt turn off ??? thank you sir good luck
