How many years have been put into this vehicle?? It's WAY too 'clean' to be a 70s car.

All the sheet metal and floors are original on the car. The exterior was repainted a little while back. Car was originally this color (yellow) and was a factory 318 v8 4-speed car. The engine had a cam failure and was removed just prior to these guys getting the car.
