The current owner purchased this 1974 Corvette T-top twenty-seven years ago. He is the third owner. A few years later he decided the Vette would make an excellent restomod. He proceeded to do a total frame off restoration and restomod conversion that was completed in 2002.
Since then, the Vette has won numerous awards and was featured on Barry Meguiar's Car Crazy television show in 2004. While all the accolades and celebrity status are well deserved, this Vette was built to be a driver and enjoyed. You will have the best of both with the classic C3 styling and contemporary (C4) handling and ride comfort.

Let's start with the driveline and options....• GM small block 383 stroker engine (500hp) with Comp Cam®, and roller rockers, Scat® rods, Eagle® crank, SRP® pistons, Moroso® drop base air cleaner with K&N® element, MSD® distributor and wires, Holley® 4160 carb 750cfm • ZF 6-speed manual transmission (1993)• Hurst® billet steel shifter • C4 rebuilt Positraction differential (1995 Dana® 3.73 ratio) • Factory air conditioning • Power steering • Power windows • Power brakes • Digital speedometer • Tilt and telescopic steering column • Custom medium saddle interior • Dupont® Chroma Light Carmine Red Metallic paint (rare early C5 color) • Stainless steel luggage carrier.
The frame on this Corvette is the original professionally modified to accept the later model C4 Corvette differential and front and rear suspension, disc brakes, and steering assembly. The resulting improvement in ride and handling is something you really need to experience. By the way, the parts installed include both new and rebuilt.
