The Monza exhaust is a nice touch. I wish I could find an Ansa for my '74 Alfa. Those are expensive water hoses and clamps. On your move, use your son as much as possible, that's what I've learned with my sons.

I used the kids to move their own stuff... They made a mess LOL... Everything except the garage is moved now and I am not letting anybody touch that, not even movers LOL I am doing that myself!

Elin, sorry to hear about the loss of you former shop. I know the feeling. When I moved to my current house I looked long and hard for a house that had at least a 2 car garage. In the end I had to buy a house that had no garage due to the market at the time. If I was looking in the current market I'd be looking for a garage without a house because over the last 18 years, the realtors in the area have succeeded in making houses unaffordable. I'd have to move out into the country or a depressed area to find an affordable house.

When I came to Canada, the real estate market was pretty much OK. I was seeing myself a home owner in a few years of hard work. However it changed so much that they made it impossible to get a mortgage if you don't have a property already.... I am considering building a home in a school bus and living on the road LOL. Just kidding, I'd love to, but maybe when I retire :)
