Prep with lots of PBlaster to ease your pain.
3/8", 24 threads per inch bolt, 2" long used as a knocker to punch out the bushings easy on the upper control arms.
Make sure to bottom the bolt into the torsion arm as not to screw up the threads on the torsion bar.
The outer sleeves on the upper control arms usually come out with a few hammer whacks.
If you hit it sideways like I did on the last one in Part 1, this is how to get the outer sleeve completely out.
For the Lower Control Arms use a 7/16", 20 threads per inch bolt, 2" long to push out the bushings.
Removal of the outer sleeves on the Lower Control Arms is not as easy because the torsion bar remains in the arms until the single hole side (rear) outer sleeve is removed then you can get the torsion bar out of the way for the double hole (front) side, but it's the same principle.
