My first bike. Bought it new in October, 1975. Put a larger front sprocket on it for the highway, got thrown in jail on July 4th, 1977 for doing 85 MPH down a mountain pass in Colorado. Fastest I'd ever been on it, and I got jail for the thrill. Almost worth it. Sold it in 1978 with 24,000 miles on it. GREAT bike.

In 1974 my dad spent $850 for 2 NEW Kawasaki KS125's for my brother and I....I have owned over 45 motorcycles after and I still feel that was one of the best bikes I have ever owned...With the rotary valve had the power of a much larger bike, never let me down and I rode the dog shit out of it for over 10 years....I would still have it today however some asshole stole it along with my 1974 near mint MC1m....You are the KING of finding gems.

My first full size bike. Like you said I stripped the tail light and turn signals and rode the crap out of it. Some of the best times of my life. Like to own it but I'm sure it's a little bit more than the 500$ I paid for mine.

Another stunning presentation and vintage Kawasaki bike .. Kaplan truly provides the best of work and amazing bikes because I know they want to make many people happy with what they do best. Back in 1976 I had the Kawasaki KE125 in the yellow black and white and that bike was a beautiful 2 stroke bike I bought for around $800 new.. Thank you Kaplan and staff for taking everyone on the best rides. God bless all of you daily and God bless the USA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 !!

The KE125 are great street bikes and have more power than the KE100. Will go about 70-80mph on the street were as the KE100 only goes 55/60mph. Good for trails but the torque is low. -better for the street with the efficient high revs.
