I'm sure it needs to be tuned no doubt but mine was idling crazy and I pulled off the Throttle body and cleaned all the gunk off it and truck runs way better now.

If you can, disconnect the coil packs one at a time, run the engine after each disconnect. When you find the one that does not make it run worse you know which cylinder needs investigating.
