GREAT JOB VERY WELL DONE. I have a 76 hardtail CB 750 Bobber. I built metric bikes years ago and found a niche in CB HONDA BOBBERS. I couldn't keep up. Eventually, I just did it as a hobby, as the pressure got to be too much and didn't want to hire more people in our Dad & Son small business. Once the pressure was off the bike's quality went from done well to real pieces of rolling art able to take my time and let creativity direct each build instead of getting the next one out the door. From Rat Bikes To All The Glitter And Glam of Show Bikes they were all incredible and incredibly hard to part with. The CB 750 1976 AND OLDER WERE GREAT BIKES.

i had 750/4 k6 chop. started first time every time. but had same problem with tick over. i blanced the carbs the lowered the tick over and screwed the mixture screws out half turn. crackin engine. yours is nice and tidy.

One of the cleanest CB 750s I've seen in a good while. You didn't go crazy-long on the frontend. I've been building metric choppers since 1970. The bikes (750 Fours) that Tony Carlini built back then were fantastic. Ride safe.

Wicked kick stand. Im making struts like that now for my rear fender. So fun twisting metal like that

Very Nice looking bike ....... BUT as some of the comments stated that the valves needs to be adjusted .... i would agree with that and then the carbies won't pop ... I think the acc cable needs attention as it was sticking ........ apart from that it's a great looking bike ..

i love what you done with it.. only thing i'd prefer better is a circle headlight (: doing a CB500 and a XS650 atm, making the XS a custom bobber and the CB is going to be a cafe racer (;
@Spoons74148 жыл бұрын
Mine does the same thing! When I let off the throttle it's like it sticks and it doesn't want to idle back down. When I kick it it starts first kick and idles fine until I twist it

+MickLawless Sounds like the timing. That's usually what it means.

You're running lean. I'm guessing you either did pods or a straight pipe without rejetting.
@Spoons74146 жыл бұрын
Ian Loughney Yea it was the straight pipes. You nailed it. That bike was fun man. I rode that while building my Ironhead. She’s gone now. I’ll miss her.

@chrisrb20012 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately not. I sold the bike a good few years back. The gentleman that bought it was going to do a carb rebuild and put a push pull throttle on her. The Arlen Ness throttle I had was a pull you see.

If you do watch Mad Max you'll see that they all ride cafe racers. Not that there's anything wrong with a bobber, but it's a completely different machine.

I really like your bike pretty fricken cool , but theres a few flaws in your video ? One flaw on your bike , you didn't talk about the build or the bike and the coughing and sniffling could go and dude the bike is awsom but the rear fender way to short , redue that fender and put a short custom sissy bar on it and this will make that bike pop bike time! Just an opinion is all !
@gordonreid97775 жыл бұрын
I really like your comment pretty fricken cool , but there's a few flaws in your spelling? One flaw in your statement is that you could spell redo, awesome and 'way too short' correctly. Just an opinion is all !
