1976 this was the best selling car in the US. Hard to believe so few survived! I think I see more Chevettes and Pintos than these on the road. It is beautiful and they were low power but drove like a dream. A repaint is always a negative no matter how well done sadly...but on this car, it may not be too big of a deal. The panel behind the window in front of the trunk was prone to paint popping off. My neighbor had one. It had the V6 and had 150k in 1981....must have been a good one!

My first car, 76 Olds Cutlass Supreme sedan. Bought it in ‘82. I kept it for 11 years and 160K miles. Although I did have to buy a long block and tranny rebuild during that time. If I didn’t already have too many cars (4), this one would be a blast to own. 👍

My parents had a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (2nd family car) that I cleaned, washed, and waxed about every other month as a teenager. As I recall, it was a very smooth ride. How-ev-er, aside from seatbelts, it had "zero" safety features, which is why I eventually convinced my mother, now widowed, to sell it and buy something newer. So..., in 2002, at age 69, she bought a 2001 Toyota Camry. She still has the Camry, and... that car has less than 80,000 miles on it. So, two great cars.

I understand the current market but I’m still of the frame of mind that this car is worth $2500..I still can’t wrap my head around these current prices for these cars that were considered shit boxes as far back as I can remember..1989..when I bought them off trade as a young salesman at an Oldsmobile dealership for under $500. And even then we’re one issue after another. Don’t get me wrong..I do feel nostalgic for them but really, they are not nice cars.

I've been in the classic car market for 30 years and I have never seen one of these cars fetch more than 20k. Just not a popular model. Don't see it getting anywhere near 30k. Haggerty value for one in concourse (immaculate) condition is $20k. Excellent is $14k which is a lot closer to this one.
