Wow! Great video! I remember that race. Baker came oh so close to winning four in a row later that year but Dave Marcis beat him on a gas mileage play.

That's too true! Buddy Baker was always my favorite driver, even to this day, but as a Dave Marcis fan as well and a big Mopar nut at heart, I was just as happy to see an underdog like Marcis roll into victory circle in that iconic bright red K&K Dodge Charger

Yes...I don't know if anyone had done that. I think maybe Dale Jr. won four in a row at talladega. But I heard it was a bad pit stop that cost Buddy.
